What Deutsch Medical is doing
Supporting our Employees: At Deutsch Medical Pty Ltd, taking care of both the community and our co-workers is important to us. All Deutsch Medical employees are provided with health insurance and everyone is being paid their full salary during this time.
Helping with Prevention: All co-workers have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package and all employees wear vinyl gloves when packing orders and/ or sending our trial lead glasses. Deutsch Medical provides hand sanitiser for employee's use as well.
Offering a Contactless Trial Services for our Customers: Deutsch Medical offers our customers a free service of trialling lead glasses from the comfort of your own home to ensure you make the right choice. This trial is a complete contactless process. All our trial lead glasses are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before sending them out and after being returned.
Keeping our Customers Updated: We do our best to update you about the status of your order at any time. We are currently experiencing some delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in the network of Australia Post. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online. We thank you for your patience.
